88 IPA - West Coast IPA w/ Chocolate Rye - 5.9%

88 IPA is our brew to celebrate Goose Island’s 35^th anniversary. The result is this well-balanced West Coast IPA. Interesting aromas like chocolate and toffee are brought out by the addition of Chocolate Rye while the other malts give it a complex malt backbone. The addition of Southern Passion, a new hop in our repertoire, gives this beer some nice complementary flavours like melon and grapefruit.
